Our Specialty Areas

ASSESSMENTS: NEEDS AN LEVEL OF CARE
  • Comprehensive evaluations are designed to understand an individual’s mental health, physical health, and social needs. These assessments help identify the appropriate level of care, interventions, and support required.

  • Immediate, short-term assistance provided to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. The goal is to stabilize the individual, ensure safety, and connect them to appropriate ongoing care and resources.

  • Services that help individuals with mental health conditions develop the skills needed to manage their illness, improve social functioning, and achieve personal goals. PSR often includes coping skills, problem-solving, and communication training.

  • Practical, hands-on training designed to help individuals develop essential life skills, such as budgeting, meal preparation, time management, and personal hygiene. These skills promote independence and self-sufficiency.

  • Facilitated sessions that bring individuals together to share experiences, learn from one another, and develop skills in a supportive environment. Groups may focus on specific topics like coping strategies, managing anxiety, or improving communication.

  • Medical services aimed at addressing basic health concerns, such as routine checkups, managing chronic illnesses, and providing preventive care. Primary care is integral to ensuring holistic well-being.
